The aged mirabelle plum eau-de-vie in a magnum bottle from Distillerie Metté is a premium product with a refined and complex taste. This eau-de-vie is crafted from carefully selected mirabelle plums, harvested at peak ripeness to extract the best aroma.

The fruits undergo a long and slow fermentation process before being distilled in traditional copper stills to ensure the purity of the product. The meticulous distillation method is followed by aging in oak barrels for six years, giving the eau-de-vie its unique taste and golden color.
