This Magnum of Reine Claude eau-de-vie is an exceptional spirit produced by Distillerie Metté in Alsace. This eau-de-vie is made from carefully selected fruits for their exceptional quality, specifically the Reine Claude plums.

After the fruits are fermented, they are distilled in small traditional copper stills, then aged for six years in stainless steel tanks to allow the alcohol to mellow. The aged eaux-de-vie are then stored in 30-liter glass demijohns for about twenty years.
