Jean Marc Roulot's lemon liqueur is rich, powerful, and delicate at the same time, making it a real pleasure to end a meal on such a beautiful note.
Located in the heart of Meursault, Jean-Marc Roulot has taken over the family estate.
Jean Marc Roulot is known by all as one of the greatest Burgundy winemakers. The wines all come from different terroirs and are vinified separately to best express the precision and character of the soils.
He brings the same care to his eaux-de-vie "La Poire du Roulot", "La Framboise du Roulot" and to his liqueurs "L'Abricot du Roulot" and "Le Citron du Roulot".
Jean Marc Roulot's lemon liqueur is the result of Jean-Marc's long research to unveil a unique liqueur, far from the standards of limoncello, for example. The manufacturing process combines with precision and subtlety the maceration of lemon peels and the distillation of the fruit itself. This brings a lot of aromatic complexity to the liqueur, between bitter notes of peels and citrus intensity. A real success!
