The vineyard here is 50 years old, growing on this high-quality mid-slope climate. The 2021 wine has a generous and powerful bouquet, with refined red fruit aromas (raspberry, strawberry) and a hint of peony. The palate is finely structured, reminiscent of Morey's structure combined with the earthy generosity of Nuits St Georges. It's superb.
