Magnum of Givry 1er Cru En Choue 2022 - Laurent Cognard
This magnum of Givry 1er Cru En Choue from Laurent Cognard is a Pinot Noir from a terroir in Givry facing East on a clay-limestone soil, with red clay. The grapes are 100% destemmed and aged for 2 months in barrels (25% new barrels). The result is a wine of lace and finesse, with notes of violets and small red fruits. Despite the sunny impact of the 2022 vintage, this Givry 1er Cru En Choue has retained a very nice acidity and silky tannins. Notes of raspberries, cherries, and potpourri leave us with a harmonious and elegant overall taste.
Capacity: 1.5 l
