This magnum of Grand Cru mineral extra brut Blanc de Blancs 2017 from Agrapart is one of Pascal Agrapart's flagship cuvées, an artisan winemaker who magnifies magnificent terroirs in the Côte des Blancs. This Minéral cuvée is the result of two similar terroirs in terms of geology, one in Cramant and the other in Avize. 100% Chardonnay with minimal dosage (extra brut), Mineral is a high-flying champagne, concentrated and intense, with notes of stone fruits, citrus, and a wonderful hint of mint. Satiny and vinous, this is a champagne for haute cuisine and of very high quality, rated 95 points by Robert Parker.
