An emblematic estate in the wine-growing region of Provence where vines have been cultivated for over 2000 years. Located in the northeast of Gard, 35 km from Aix en Provence, Vignelaure has been a pioneer in high-quality organic viticulture, selecting carefully chosen grape varieties (cabernet, grenache, syrah) based on the terroirs and meticulously aging them in the cellars of the Château.

This magnum of Coteaux d'Aix en Provence from Château Vignelaure is a blend of Grenache (40%), Cinsault (30%), Syrah (20%), and Cabernet (10%), a pure rosé for pleasure. Pale salmon pink color with beautiful violet reflections. Intense nose of citrus, pink grapefruits. On the palate, a nice balance with refreshing acidity. Lovely persistence with a finish of vineyard peaches. Highly drinkable!

For which occasion? As soon as the sun shines again, pair it with ratatouille, seafood paella, bouillabaisse, or grilled prawns.
