This magnum of AOP Savoie Wine 2021 "La…Deuse…" from Domaine Partagé (Gilles Berlioz) is a proud representative of the local grape variety: Mondeuse. Here we have a high-level Mondeuse, grown biodynamically and vinified without added sulfites. The nose is enchanting and deep, with a floral bouquet reminiscent of violets, aromatic herbs, a basket of red and black fruits. The palate is very digestible, clear and silky. The aromatic finesse is surrounded by notes of raspberries, red currants, and blackberries, with vibrant acidity, subtle bitter tannins, and a moderate alcohol content. This Mondeuse "La…Deuse…" 2021 from Domaine Partagé perfectly evokes the purity and mountain freshness of its original terroir.
