Fermented without dosage, using indigenous yeasts and no filtration, this cuvée faithfully reflects the rare terroir of Cuisles, composed of green clays on limestone marl. Extended aging in the cellar (minimum 18 months on lees) allows for a complex aromatic development and a precise structure.

In this jéroboam format, ideal for large gatherings or long aging, the wine gains in amplitude and finesse.
